TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings can only be affected by receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rent due. The remainder is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please check availability before completing the booking form. If in doubt please email admin@trevadlockmanor.co.uk
In the event that any outstanding balance is more than 7 days in arrears we reserve the right to re-let the property. However, if we are unable to do so you will remain liable for the outstanding full balance due.
In the event of cancellation by you (within 6 weeks of your arrival), you will be liable for the total amount. However we will endeavour to re-let your cottage and if this is possible we will reimburse you 75% of the total price. We do advise that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance as a safeguard.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid, without further liability.
The proprietors reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to the other guests or are not treating the property or environment with due respect.
You undertake to leave the cottage and contents clean and tidy on vacation (you will be liable for the cost of any extra cleaning, losses, breakages or damage arising out of your occupancy).
You agree that neither Trevadlock Manor nor any persons in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained by you, or any member of your party, or any person who you might invite to the cottage and grounds of the property during the period booked.
Bookings are for a minimum of one week's duration from 4pm on the Friday/Saturday of arrival to 10.00am on the Friday/Saturday of departure. Short breaks can be arranged at terms to be agreed.
Trevadlock Manor is a non smoking establishment - however if you wish to smoke outside there are places where this is possible.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other oil lamp or such like. Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, firepits and portable BBQ’s are explicitly forbidden at Trevadlock. The whole surrounding area is a tinder box in summer and there are livestock on pretty much all the fields surrounding Trevadlock.
Under no circumstances are you to bring electrical appliances to Trevadlock, other than laptops and phone chargers, without explicit written permission. This includes air conditioning units. Guest appliances have not been PAT tested and could invalidate our insurance. We will levy a charge if we find they have been operating without consent.
Please advise Trevadlock Manor directly if you have any health issues that need to be noted, such as limited hearing, mental capacity, needs or allergies on admin@trevadlockmanor.co.uk where possible we will try and accommodate your requirements if pre warned. However please note access is via steps. Please see our access policy.
All facilities at Trevadlock Manor are for the use of guests only.
The proprietors reserve the right to enter the property during your stay.
The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.
You undertake to ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and comply with these conditions.

Pets at Trevadlcok – We only allow DOGS
Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property or grounds.
Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay.
The owner must bring the dogs' bed or basket for sleeping in.
Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time.
No other pets are permitted, apart from dogs who have been booked in, without consent

13a Supplemental Conditions
13a By paying 30% deposit your holiday booking is confirmed
13b During your stay at Trevadlock we will expect you to follow the government advice and restrictions. This is your responsibility to be compliant with the law.
13c We recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance and check very carefully what is covered.
We would like to note that between lets we will be taking particular care over cleaning with appropriate materials.
We reside in a rural location with no crowds or gatherings. We have ample outside space to relax in on your own. It is possible for the fit and able to walk on the Moor and enjoy the environment without having to drive from or leave Trevadlock.
Deliveries can be arranged without the need to visit supermarkets. Visiting attractions, beaches and eating houses will need prior booking.
We will be very happy to help and advise in any way that is practical.
